Army Sgt. Jose M. Caraballo Pietri, 32, of Yauco, Puerto Rico
Sgt Pietri was assigned to 1st Battalion, 84th Field Artillery Regiment, 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Baumholder, Germany; died April 10, 2011 in Badghis province, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with small-arms fire.
Army Sgt. Jose M. Caraballo Pietri was killed in action on 4/10/11.
