Army Spc. Jose A. Delgado Arroy, 41, of San Juan, Puerto Rico
Spc. Delgado Arroyo was assigned to the 1013th Engineer (Sapper) Company of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico; died Jan. 2, 2011 in Taji, Iraq, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. Also killed was Sgt. Jose M. Cintron Rosado.
Army Spc. Jose A. Delgado Arroy was killed in action on 1/02/11.
